Walk Talk Heal - Therapy and Wellbeing

CLARITY•CALM•CONFIDENCE

Would you like to build emotional resilience and a toolkit for navigating life’s challenges?

I offer discreet, supportive counselling for women navigating:

• Midlife, menopause & life transitions - chronic insomnia, body changes, shifting moods and changing relationships.

• Perfectionism, stress & burnout - when high expectations, overthinking and constantly pushing yourself leave you exhausted.

• Living between cultures - identity, belonging, cultural differences, prejudice and the experience of feeling caught between worlds.

• Caring for someone with dementia - exhaustion, changing relationship, difficult decisions and anticipatory grief that can come with caring for someone you love.

• Living with disability - ableism, identity, relationships, accessibility and the practical and emotional challenges of living with disability, whether it’s something you’ve lived with all your life or something you’re adjusting to.

• Grief & loss - coping with the death of someone you love, or other significant losses such as the end of a relationship, changes in family or identity, loss of health, independence or the life you expected.

Many of the challenges I support women through are ones I’ve experienced in my own life. This lived experience only further emphasises to me that everyone experiences things differently. Your story, strengths and way of coping are uniquely yours, and my role is to listen without judgement, understand what matters to you and help you find the tools and strategies that work for you.

Life can look fine from the outside while underneath you’re struggling with sleep, stress, loss of confidence, or feeling completely overwhelmed.

I can help you understand what’s happening, identify and break patterns that are keeping you stuck, manage difficult thoughts and emotions, improve your relationships and develop practical strategies to feel more in control of your life.

My approach is warm, practical and holistic. I’m passionate about nutritional psychiatry and the connection between what we eat, how we sleep, how we move and how we feel. Alongside our therapeutic work, we can explore the things that influence your mental and emotional wellbeing - including nutrition, sleep, movement, relationships, social connection and what you’re taking in through social media, books, television and the people around you.

I draw on CBT, ACT, SFT and IFS, adapting our work to your individual needs and supporting greater self-understanding, resilience and meaningful change.

All sessions are held online via secure video, wherever you are in the world. As a self-funded service, there is no insurance process involved and no record created outside of our confidential work together.

You’re welcome to book a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
